Key Responsibilities Develop and author business reviews of the team roadmap, managing priorities against capacity to deliver results and driving the development of a data product portfolio that drives business growth and customer satisfaction. Own and lead the customer, loyalty, and marketing data ecosystem, providing actionable analytics to support delivering top-line sales and productivity improvements. Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging two-way door initiatives that address customer needs and drive business growth. Develop and execute annual planning for the product portfolio, representing the team in discussions with executives and stakeholders. Set the direction for the user experience (UX) design of products within the product portfolio, ensuring a seamless and intuitive customer experience. Define processes and measurements for the team to effectively track development work and triage bugs, ensuring the timely and successful launch of products. Partner with relevant stakeholders to develop and execute launch and go-to-market plans, identifying and resolving issues that may impact product success. Engage with internal and external thought leaders to drive product leadership within the portfolio, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Lead and own the operational product strategy of the portfolio, ensuring alignment with other portfolio owners and broader organizational goals. Facilitate an understanding among the team of broader organizational goals and the role each team plays, auditing team goals and ensuring accountability for product portfolio performance. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical, business, and leadership skills. The following qualifications are essential: 12 years of experience in software engineering, data science, and/or product management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction. 7 years of direct team leadership experience across software engineering, product management, or data science, with a strong ability to inspire and motivate teams. Prior experience in marketing, customer, and retail media networks analytics, building, deploying, and operationalizing highly scalable, resilient, and critical data technology solutions. Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree), with a strong foundation in data analysis, statistics, and computer science. Preferred qualifications include: Experience working with software development teams to launch online products, with a strong understanding of agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Experience with large-scale order management and inventory systems, with a strong ability to analyze complex data sets and drive business insights. Experience with customer relationship management systems, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences. Master's degree in business administration or a similar advanced degree, with a strong foundation in business strategy, marketing, and finance.
