Record detailed notes of customer communication, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interactions. Create lifelong customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner, demonstrating the customer's value and importance. De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, using sound judgment, empathy, and effective communication skills to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible, sharing knowledge, and best practices to continuously improve our services. Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge to navigate various software applications, including Microsoft Office, cloud-based platforms, and data entry systems.
