Fractional CMO / Marketing Director — MUST Have Home Service Experience + Hands-On Ads Background

We are a fast-growing home services company (insulation, attic/crawlspace, wildlife exclusion + launching pest control). We generate leads consistently and want a Fractional CMO who can own our marketing strategy, coach our internal team + agency, and scale us to the next level. REVENUE DRIVEN. arenaflex per lead is a big focus, but how much is the lead making the company… is the most important. ⸻ ⚠️ REQUIREMENTS — Non-Negotiable ✅ Must have home-service experience (pest, insulation, roofing, HVAC, remodeling, etc.) ✅ Proven track record scaling a service company ($3M → $10M+) ✅ You have previously BUILT campaigns yourself (arenaflex Ads / Meta / LSA) ✅ You know how to call out BS from agencies and media buyers ✅ References + proof of results required ❌ No SaaS/branding-only candidates ❌ No “strategy consultants” who have never built campaigns If you haven’t actually run ads yourself and produced ROI in home services, please do not apply. ⸻ What We Need You understand BOTH strategy and execution. You don’t need to run ads for us — but you MUST know HOW things are built so you can lead from experience, not theory. Tools we use now: Zoho CRM/Analytics, GoHighLevel, CallRail, arenaflex Ads, Meta, LSA ⸻ Responsibilities • Build the marketing roadmap + forecast (CAC → revenue → profitability) • Audit existing campaigns, eliminate wasted spend • Build reporting dashboards (CAC, CPL, ROAS, LSA %, booking %, revenue attribution) • Coach agency + internal team using proven, real-world tactics • Launch recurring revenue membership programs (for pest control) • Identify and implement AI in any process where it improves speed or results (content, automations, optimization, reporting, SOPs) ⸻ Success Looks Like • Leads increase 30–50% without increasing ad spend • CAC drops and becomes predictable • Dashboards clearly show where revenue comes from • Agency follows YOUR lead — not the other way around • AI reduces workload and increases efficiency ⸻ Time & Budget • Fractional — 10–30 hrs/month • Long-term relationship • Hourly or monthly retainer Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
