With 75+ years of combined expertise, 400+ PEO partners, and 3,800+ businesses advised, we’re here to give you the knowledge and guidance you need to make the most of your PEO options.We are looking for an experienced B2B marketer who wants a steady, high-impact, part-time gig — no meetings-about-meetings, no corporate politics, just real work that moves the needle. The Role – You Are the Entire (Part-Time) Marketing Department20 focused hours per week. You own everything that isn’t a direct referral or outbound sales effort. What the week actually looks like:• Write & schedule 4–6 strong LinkedIn posts per week (company page + helping our advisors post from their profiles)• Run and optimize ongoing LinkedIn ad campaigns• Send one valuable monthly newsletter to our list• Keep our automated email nurture sequences fresh and flowing• Create one short case study or client testimonial video every 6–8 weeks• Make quick website updates and build the occasional landing page• Help us run 1–2 co-branded webinars per quarter with CPA or fractional-CFO partnersYou will NOT be asked to:• Chase vanity metrics or post on Instagram• Work more than 20 hours (we actually mean it)Who Thrives Here• You’ve personally run successful B2B LinkedIn campaigns in HR-tech, payroll, benefits, insurance, accounting, or professional services• You’re a strong writer who can make complicated PEO topics simple and credible• You’ve been “the whole marketing team” before and loved it• You want meaningful work and good money without going back to full-time corporate lifeRequired Experience & Proof You Can Do This• 3–7 years B2B demand-gen experience (HR-tech, payroll, benefits, insurance, consulting, or accounting marketing strongly preferred)• Proven track record of personally generating qualified leads in a previous role (we will ask for numbers)• Deep, hands-on LinkedIn ads expertise• Excellent writer — can turn complex PEO topics into clear, non-salesy content• Comfortable on camera and directing non-professional clients in testimonials• Fluent in HubSpot• Self-starter who has been “the entire marketing dept” before (agency or small company)• Own and track Ad budgetExample Monthly Scorecard• Marketing-Sourced Opportunities• SQLs (booked discovery calls)• Cost per SQL• Marketing-influenced pipeline created• Expected closed clients per yearTools You’ll Use – you must have expertiseLinkedIn (organic + ads) - HubSpot - Wordpress - Google SuitePay & Details• $15–$40 per hour• 1099 contractor• 20 hours/week ceiling — we will not let you go over only in emergenciesApply on Upwork with the following:1.Your resume2. 2–3 sentences on the last B2B LinkedIn or email campaign you personally ran and the results it produced3.
