Full-Service Startup Consultant Needed to Launch App + Company (Business + Operations + Strategy)

I have a completed MVP for a new subscription-based app, and I’m looking for an experienced Startup Consultant to help guide the early-stage business development, operational setup, and launch strategy. I need someone who understands how to take an MVP and turn it into a real, functioning business with the right structure, systems, onboarding, pricing, and launch plan. This role is for someone who can provide strategic direction and hands-on operational support. ResponsibilitiesBusiness Formation & InfrastructureAdvise on the appropriate business structure (LLC, banking, EIN, compliance)Assist with or oversee the setup of essential business infrastructureHelp establish financial systems, payment flows, and subscription billingEarly-Stage Business DevelopmentDefine and refine pricing, user journey, and monetization strategyBuild foundational operating procedures and business workflowsHelp set up core tools (CRM, email systems, analytics, dashboards)App Launch StrategyDevelop a clear, step-by-step launch planCreate user acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategiesAssist with positioning, messaging, and early marketingSet up KPIs and tracking for the first 30–90 days post-launchProduct & Development CoordinationReview the MVP and identify gaps, improvements, or readiness issuesCoordinate with developers as needed for launch-related updatesMake sure subscription flow, UX, and onboarding are smoothOngoing GuidanceProvide practical, tactical support as we move from MVP → active usersHelp avoid early-stage mistakes and build a scalable foundationAct as an advisor/partner in the early stages of the companyIdeal CandidateHas launched startups, SaaS products, or subscription-based appsStrong experience in early-stage operations, business setup, and GTMUnderstands pricing, onboarding, funnels, and growth strategiesAble to translate high-level goals into actionable stepsComfortable coordinating with technical teamsExcellent communicator and proactive problem-solverProject ScopeThis is a part-time, ongoing role, beginning with business foundation and app launch, with potential to continue into growth/scale support.To ApplyPlease provide:A short summary of your relevant startup experienceExamples of apps or products you’ve helped launchYour recommended approach for taking an MVP to marketYour rate (hourly or fixed)Any relevant case studies or portfolios Apply tot his job
