Position Requirements:• Minimum two years of documented B2C high-ticket sales experience• Demonstrated proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)• Proven track record closing programs valued at $3,000 or above• Professional communication capabilities for phone and video conferencing• Employment stability (maximum three positions within previous five years)Schedule Parameters:This position operates on a three-week rotating schedule encompassing evenings and weekends, with calendar availability averaging 50 hours weekly.Actual working hours remain within standard 40-hour parameters. Compensation Structure: Base salary of $36,000 with commission rates of 9.40% (PIM) and 5.29% (NPIM). Current directors average $98,000-$106,000 annually, with top performers exceeding $129,000. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off. • You’ll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week. • You’ll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls.You’ll typically have 25–35 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers. When not on a call, your time is flexible — you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer.
