A key factor in the success of this journey is building and managing integrated automated marketing campaigns within the sales system ecosphere.We are looking for a Pardot Marketing Automation Specialist to join our North America Foodservice (B2B) operating unit. This position will partner with the Brand Experience, Sales, and Digital partner teams to bring the creative strategy to life. Within this work, you will handle the day-to-day implementation of customer-obsessed digital marketing campaigns, including campaign design, configuration and ongoing campaign management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), often in close integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud.You will oversee campaign KPI’s through result tracking and analysis in Pardot and Salesforce. We are seeking an experienced specialist who has hands-on experience with Pardot & Sales Cloud. Open to remote candidates, Minneapolis preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES• Understand business cases & requirements and manage B2B Marketing automation implementation through Salesforce-Pardot• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams in the development and implementation of key demand creation, automated nurture, lead routing, lead scoring, lead qualification and lead management programs• Serve as an Admin and evangelist for the Pardot platform• Implement best practices for outbound and inbound marketing, content marketing, lead scoring, lead nurturing and data hygiene• Contribute to determination of campaign success measures / KPIs and ensure / take ownership of implementing associated campaign tracking on all elements (e.g., email, advertising, social media, website, etc.)• Be fully self-sufficient in campaign creation (set campaigns, build emails, partner to build landing pages, import leads, have all campaign parameters properly set by language, persona, etc.) to support demand generation, and lead testing on capabilities• Manage reports and dashboards to provide visibility in marketing campaign results, including inbound channel performance, lead distribution, opportunity stages, pipeline contribution and ROI• Configure landing pages with personalization and dynamic content to be used for various marketing purposes• Manage form building activities to configure and setup enriched forms to capture lead data• Partner closely with internal IT team on integrations, fit with overall Salesforce ecosystem, and broader GMI tech ecosystem• Complete prospect management, prospect field configurations and visitor data management tasks• Configure automation rules and segmentation lists, based on prospect categorizations to be used in various marketing communications• Work on user management, role creation, and group configuration for Pardot business users• Proactively propose new A/B tests, analyze results, and identify actionable opportunities and best practices to improve campaign performance• Recommend and implement new workflow processes to increase the scalability and efficiency of the marketing organization• Own training development and execution for other Pardot and Pardot Engagement usersREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS• 3+ years of strong hands-on experience with Pardot (setting up & executing campaigns)• Robust experience with Salesforce-Pardot marketing & analytics tools and Salesforce Marketing cloud• Very strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills• Ability to prioritize and self-organize work to focus on the biggest opportunities• A true passion for human-centered marketing and results that lead to an organization’s growth and success• Strong project management skills• A commitment to testing, learning, and continuous improvementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage business stakeholders• Ability to easily communicate complex systems• Thoughtful self-starter: unafraid to express and support views that may differ from those of other team members in a respectful manner, leading to constructive debate and better ideasExpected salary:Location: Minneapolis, MNApply for the job now!Apply tot his job
