Role Description Eden is seeking a senior Webflow developer to support high-velocity page builds, landing page iterations, and CRO-driven website execution—while contributing to the ongoing health and scalability of our Webflow system. • This role is execution heavy, involving hands-on, page-level front-end development. • Responsibilities include building new pages, iterating on existing templates, implementing experiments, and translating design intent into production-ready Webflow builds. • The contractor is expected to apply system-aware judgment to maintain shared components, CMS structures, and overall site maintainability. Qualifications • 5+ years of professional web development experience, with strong hands-on experience building Webflow pages and templates at scale. • Proven ability to execute quickly in Webflow while maintaining quality and consistency. • Strong HTML/CSS fundamentals (responsive layouts, flexbox/grid) and practical JavaScript for DOM interaction, experiments, or integrations. • Comfortable working in Figma and making layout and spacing decisions without relying on pixel-perfect specs. • Experience supporting landing pages, experimentation, or high-iteration marketing teams. • Contractor determines hours, methods, and workflows required to meet agreed deliverables. • Contractor provides their own equipment. Requirements • Experience working in regulated or conversion-critical environments (healthcare, fintech, etc.). • Familiarity with GTM, VWO, GA4, or similar tools. • End-to-end builder mindset: experience owning projects from early research and competitive analysis through wireframes, design exploration, build, and iteration. Benefits • Compensation: TBD Project Overview • Page-Level Webflow Development: • Build and iterate on landing pages, marketing pages, and CRO-driven variants directly in Webflow. • Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive Webflow implementations. • Ensure pages behave predictably across breakpoints with strong attention to alignment, spacing, and interaction states. • Support CRO initiatives by building test variants and experiment-ready page structures. • System-Aware Webflow Contribution: • Abstract repeated page patterns into reusable components or templates. • Follow and reinforce existing class naming conventions and layout systems. • Build pages and templates that leverage existing CMS collections cleanly and efficiently. • Work within established architectural guidelines, escalating structural changes as needed. • Performance, QA, & Reliability: • Treat all page updates as production changes. • Avoid breaking shared templates, symbols, or global styles during iteration cycles. • Make reasonable front-end decisions that support fast load times and layout stability. • Experimentation & Analytics Support: • Implement A/B and multivariate tests with safe CSS targeting and experiment isolation. • Support GTM and analytics instrumentation needs. • Ensure page-level changes do not compromise tracking accuracy or test validity. Project Success Metrics • High-quality, production-ready page builds with strong QA and responsiveness. • Ability to support rapid page iteration and experimentation without creating rework. • Page-level work that fits cleanly into existing Webflow systems and standards. • Minimal regressions during high-frequency updates. • Smooth coordination with CRO, Design, Analytics, and the Webflow systems owner.
