About the Role As a Social Media Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a highly skilled client success team that aims to start authentic conversations and sell coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You will work closely with our teams to sell for one of our clients, a Business Coach, and speak on their behalf on their social media platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include starting new conversations, following up with leads, growing organic accounts, replying to active leads, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities: Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms Follow up with leads to build relationships and close sales Grow organic accounts through engaging content and strategic planning Reply to active leads and close sales through persuasive communication Manage daily communication tasks and collaborate with team members Requirements To be part of our team, you need to have: Advanced or Native C1-C2 level of English A desire to earn a stable income in USD A fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone A stable internet connection Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends) Be located in any country in Latin America or Brazil Proven experience of at least 4 months in sales or customer service roles 100% confidence in your English skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience working from home and a desire for professional and financial growth A high interest and commitment to learning, making money, and working with trial and error Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges daily Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Highly motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to succeed Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and platforms Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we offer career paths through leadership opportunities, including positions like Team Leader, Lead Trainer, Sales Coach, Assistant Coach, Project Manager, Recruitment Officer, Directing Manager, and Vice President.
