HubSpot Solutions Architect / Technical Consultant (Data Integrations + RevOps)

We are seeking a HubSpot Solutions Architect to assess, optimize, and extend our current HubSpot implementation for both Sales and Marketing operations (focus is on sales). The engagement will focus on configuring HubSpot to better support our go-to-market workflow, integrating external healthcare market intelligence data (Definitive Healthcare), and building automation, alerts, and dashboards that enable our teams to identify and act on new opportunities. The architect will evaluate our existing HubSpot environment, recommend structural and process improvements, and design a scalable data integration strategy. This includes transforming incoming data for ingestion, mapping it to HubSpot objects, implementing associated workflows, and ensuring the resulting datasets drive meaningful notifications and reporting. Deliverables include: A HubSpot optimization plan covering CRM configuration, custom objects/fields, lifecycle stages, and pipeline design. A data-integration architecture that reliably imports Definitive Healthcare data into HubSpot using APIs, middleware, or automation tools. Workflows and alerts that surface newly added intelligence for Sales and Marketing users. Dashboards and reports that help leadership track account activity, targeting, and performance. Documentation of all configurations, workflows, and integration logic. Ideal candidates have prior experience implementing advanced HubSpot architectures, with a strong data engineering mindset and demonstrated success integrating third-party datasets into HubSpot.
