About the Role As a Customer Service Representative – Multi Branch Support at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to individuals in need, both on the phone and in-person. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate our services and providing solutions to their financial needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to individuals in need, both on the phone and in-person. Market for new and continued customer business, promoting arenaflex's services and products. Prepare and process loans and income tax returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve branch goals and objectives. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
