You will also collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to our processes, maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward gig workers at all times, and stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to provide accurate and timely information. Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for gig workers, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
