This is not a support internship. It’s a build internship. You’ll work directly with our founder Dan to prototype, ship, and launch real AI products—fast. You’ll build internal agents, automate painful workflows, and launch micro-tools that eliminate manual work and unlock leverage for the team. What You’ll Do Build and maintain internal AI agents that solve real business problems Design and connect smart workflows using n8n Build and iterate no-code products using v0 or Lovable Write, test, and refine prompts for various use cases and models Operate and maintain internal tools across Choco’s stack Support small-scale GTM experiments and feedback loops Own end-to-end execution of scoped AI projects from idea to delivery What You Bring You’re Berlin-based and excited to work in-office, Monday–Fridays You’re energized by intensity—this is a high-velocity internship, designed to stretch you and unlock a pathway to full-time You move fast, think clearly, and don’t wait to be told what to do You’re business-minded and technically fluent , even if you don’t write code You’ve built AI agents, automations, or tools using GPT, n8n, or no-code platforms You’re obsessed with AI and stay up to date on the latest models and use cases You value clarity, precision, and output —not over-talking or over-planning You’re a self-learner with strong ownership and bias to build Choco was founded in 2018 in Berlin.
