Experienced Bookkeeper Needed for Multiple Businesses (Low Transaction Volume) We are seeking a skilled bookkeeper to manage QuickBooks accounts for four affiliated businesses in the financial services consulting industry. The role includes: Managing QuickBooks – Data entry, reconciliations, and transaction categorization Financial Statement Reporting – Preparing monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports Basic Entry Reporting – Ensuring financial accuracy and organization Job Details: Industry: Financial Services Consulting Transaction Volume: Low – Fewer than 50 transactions per month Accounts to Manage: Around 10 Workload: Reconciled monthly reports Budget: $250 per month Location Preference: U.S.-based preferred, but open to international candidates Experience: Must have strong QuickBooks proficiency and experience handling multiple accounts If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in managing bookkeeping for multiple entities with low transaction volume, please submit your qualifications, experience, and rates.
