Experienced Crypto Bookkeeper - QuickBooks + Crypto Accounting Tools

We're a crypto business seeking an experienced bookkeeper to set up and clean our books for two entities. • *About Us:** - US S-Corp (consulting business) - USDC income, and fiat expenses. - Panama entity - Solana-based operations with high transaction count • *Project Scope:** • *Phase 1: Initial Setup & Cleanup (7-day deadline)** - Import and reconcile all 2024 YTD transactions for both entities - Set up proper chart of accounts and crypto accounting workflows - Process retroactive officer payroll and file 941/940 forms - Deliver GAAP-compliant P&L and Balance Sheet for each entity - Provide simple consolidation report Transaction volumes: - S-Corp: ~50 fiat transactions/month + crypto wallets/exchanges - Panama entity: 1,000+ Solana transactions + operational wallets • *Phase 2: Ongoing Maintenance (Optional - based on Phase 1 performance)** If we're impressed with your work, we'll offer monthly bookkeeping with: - 10-day monthly close requirement - Regular reconciliations and financial reporting - Responsive communication via Slack/email • *Requirements:** - Strong experience with crypto accounting (especially high-volume transactions) - Proficiency in QuickBooks Online - Experience with crypto accounting tools (Bitwave, Cryptio, or similar) - Ability to handle complex multi-wallet reconciliations - Understanding of crypto tax implications and FX gain/loss • *To Apply:** Please include: 1.
