Business Analyst - Supply Chain

We're looking for a Business Analyst - Supply Chain to play a key role in our digital transformation. You'll work closely with technology teams and business stakeholders to deliver projects that transform our supply chain operations. Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the Supply Chain or Logistics domain. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, systems, and operations (SAP/EWM/WMS/WCS) knowledge is a plus). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for process improvement. Experience with business analysis techniques such as user stories, use cases, and process modelling (e.g., BPMN, As-is/To-be diagrams). Comfortable facilitating workshops and using various requirements elicitation methods. Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and build trust with stakeholders. Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Confluence, JIRA, or similar. A proactive mindset—you know when to take initiative and go the extra mile to ensure delivery. A collaborative team player with a desire to continuously improve and learn.
