Job Summary We're seeking a Consultant to lead the integration of the Paycor Payroll system with Microsoft Active Directory (MS AD) and the HR system. The successful candidate will automate employee credential creation and updates, ensure seamless data flow for employee lifecycle management, and enable single sign-on (SSO) for improved security and efficiency. Responsibilities Integrate Paycor Payroll System with Active Directory to automate employee credential creation, updates, and termination processes. Implement single sign-on (SSO) to streamline login processes, ensuring enhanced security. Automate updates between Paycor and the HR system, ensuring accurate data synchronization when employees are hired, terminated, or when roles are updated. Develop a robust, scalable integration solution to manage and synchronize employee data across systems. Ensure compliance with HR data standards and security protocols during integration. Troubleshoot issues related to data transfer, authentication, and SSO implementation. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system requirements and develop solutions accordingly. Provide technical documentation and training as needed. Requirements 5+ years of experience with payroll system integration (experience with Paycor preferred). Proven experience with Active Directory (MS AD), particularly around SSO integration and automated user provisioning. Expertise in HR system integration, automating employee data updates such as onboarding, offboarding, and role changes. Familiarity with security best practices for SSO and data integration. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with complex data flows. Effective communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Preferred Skills Experience with identity management solutions and security protocols. Familiarity with HR and payroll compliance standards. Background in consulting or working with payroll and HR software vendors.
