Essential Qualifications

- Ability to multi-task, maintaining a conversation on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes, and performing well in a fast-paced environment.
- Display skill in computer usage for data entry and efficient internet browsing to assist customers.

- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit, with a willingness to be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

- High school graduate or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices.
- Be willing and able to pass a background check, with a clean and stable work history.
