**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Customer Excellence organization, where you'll be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting processes, partnering with hiring managers, and developing a network of potential candidates. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Recruiter at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent for all levels of the Customer Excellence organization
* Partnering with and advising hiring managers and hiring teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience
* Developing a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, and ongoing relationship management
* Participating in special virtual events, including recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events
* Leading or contributing to multiple internal arenaflex projects to drive business outcomes and improve processes
* Other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager, Customer Excellence Recruiting
**Requirements**
To be successful as a Recruiter at arenaflex, you'll need:
* 2+ years of high-volume corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of complex roles
* Success in hiring evergreen and single-threaded roles
* Experience partnering with and advising senior leaders, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
* Experience prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships
* Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience
* Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse)
* Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Experience with data analysis and reporting to inform recruitment strategies
* Certification in recruitment or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI)
