With a presence in the San Francisco Bay Area, including Oakland, Alameda, San Leandro, and Castro Valley, we're on the lookout for enthusiastic, responsible, and creative Weekend Youth Soccer Coaches to join our team. Soccer Shots is more than just a soccer program; it's an engaging experience designed for children aged 2-10. Our curriculum is carefully crafted to promote not only soccer skills but also essential life skills such as empathy, self-confidence, and teamwork. By partnering with preschools, daycare centers, and community centers, we reach a diverse group of young athletes, providing them with a supportive and fun environment to grow and develop.
We offer a competitive compensation package for our coaches, with a pay rate of $18 per session during the training period and $20+ per session thereafter. Our part-time coaching positions are available on Saturdays, with sessions ranging from 9 am to 1 pm. While this is primarily a weekend role, there are also opportunities for Monday to Saturday positions for the right candidates.
