About the position As a Finance Analyst at CBRE, you will utilize your accounting knowledge to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties. This role is integral to the Financial Strategy and Operations function, focusing on maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls. Responsibilities • Complete accounting transactions in preparation of client financial statement packages. , • Create and post journal entries, ensuring accurate posting of expenses, receipts, owner's distributions, and funding requests. , • Use aggregate data from multiple sources to generate comprehensive financial reports. , • Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to management and vendor requests. , • Analyze trends in business conditions using scenario planning tools/models. , • Resolve issues and requests from management teams and clients regarding accounting reports. , • Research open accounting issues and recognize potential conflicts for corrective action. , • Utilize existing procedures to solve standard problems. , • Model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values and impact the quality of work. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education. , • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. , • Experience in analyzing information and making judgments based on standard practices. , • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. , • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. , • Intermediate math skills for financial calculations.
