Job Highlights: Company: Workwarp Start Date: Immediate openings available Location: Remote Position: Senior Credit Products Specialist - Equipment Finance Buy Desk Compensation: a competitive salary About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Products Specialist to join our Equipment Finance Buy Desk team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing credit profiles and structures of proposed opportunities, providing accurate risk ratings, and managing a portfolio of mainly Large Corporate clients. Key Responsibilities: Work in support of coverage bankers to develop target sets of companies within markets to enhance proper client selectivity Add value directly to clients and coverage by articulating Regions' underwriting methods, processes, and risk appetite for specific credit products Maintain market knowledge of loan pricing and structural trends to match client needs with Regions' credit product solutions Call jointly on clients with coverage bankers to understand clients' needs and specific risks to client business Lead the credit process on identified credit product opportunities, structuring, underwriting, closing, and managing new and existing credit products for clients Serve as the primary contact with Credit Risk and oversee ongoing monitoring of existing portfolios Serve as a mentor/coach to team members, specifically Credit Products Associates assigned to managed clients Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Five (5) years of underwriting and portfolio management experience Completion of a major corporate credit training program (or equivalent corporate banking/corporate finance experience) Experience in relationship management as a coverage banker or as a client-facing member of the relationship team Legal document and financial analysis experience Understanding of loan and lease structuring needs, loan and lease documentation requirements, and market knowledge Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and time management skills Ability to coach others Well-organized and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure Proven leader with the ability to make sound judgments Ability to negotiate with both internal and external parties What We Offer: A competitive salary A comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation/sick time, 401K with company match, medical, dental, and vision benefits, disability benefits, health savings account, flexible spending account, life insurance, parental leave, employee assistance program, and associate volunteer program The opportunity to participate in a discretionary incentive plan and the Long-Term Incentive Plan A dynamic and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application through our career site.
