About the position Responsibilities • Lead projects and programs, providing strategic direction to teams and partners. • Develop, monitor, and present financial forecasts and budgets for Retail Bank's Facility Management and Capital Plan. • Implement and improve financial controls and governance processes to ensure accuracy and vendor compliance. • Negotiate and track Third-Party Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Manage vendor relationships, serving as the primary contact for finance, utility management, payroll, etc. • Use problem-solving and influencing skills to mitigate risk and align stakeholders. • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide strategic and tactical support. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes. • Execute the team's mission to inform, influence, and support decision-making through financial analytics and transparency.
