Part time bookkeeper required Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software Quickbooks Online. - Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. - Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data. - Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. - Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. - Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
