Schedule: Part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling Location: Mostly remote with occasional on-site meetings - applicants and employees must reside in Colorado Contract Length: This project will last 3 months Key Responsibilities ? Participate in scheduled meetings alongside HR, organizational design consultants, and department heads ? Take meticulous notes during meetings to capture essential discussions and decisions ? Facilitate smooth data migration processes by accurately inputting notes and pertinent information into designated systems such as Excel and Orgvue ? Identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring precision and completeness ? Establish and uphold quality control procedures to maintain HR data integrity ? Assist in compiling and organizing information pertinent to the reorganization project ? Generate comprehensive reports and analytics on HR metrics Requirements ? Exceptional listening skills to effectively grasp meeting discussions ? Previous experience in data entry ? Proficiency with HRIS software and advanced Excel functions ? Familiarity with organizational design software, particularly Orgvue, is advantageous ? Strong attention to detail with a steadfast commitment to data accuracy ?
