About Us We are a Marin-based entertainment and leisure company that is rapidly expanding our brands and investing in new ventures. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Manager to join our team and help drive our future growth strategy. Position Summary The Accounting Manager will lead the accounting, remote concierge, and billing groups for the VillaSport division, driving initiatives to improve efficiencies and measure department performance. You will work closely with the VP Divisional Controller to audit, validate, and create processes with our newly implemented club management system. As a key member of our team, you will be organized, self-motivated, resourceful, and able to handle multiple concurrent duties and assignments with minimal direct supervision. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary (based on relevant experience) plus bonus Full-time hours PTO Full benefits package 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar match up to 4% Discounts at all Syufy businesses Remote work environment (must be located in Texas) Responsibilities Directly supervise a staff of 3 Manage month-end and year-end close Manage monthly external finance reporting Manage annual external audit Provide support for projects and initiatives to business leaders Review, evaluate, and improve accounting processes Work with the VP Divisional Controller to define department objectives and monitor key results Develop and grow department staff Manage audits and other duties as assigned Qualifications 5-7 years of accounting supervision experience required Process improvement experience a plus Highly organized and self-motivated, with excellent team player skills Excellent judgment and strong communication skills Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information We Want to Hear From You!
