They are seeking a motivated and dependable Customer Service Representative to join its fully remote customer support team, assisting individuals and families by answering questions and scheduling virtual appointments.
Responsibilities
- Contact individuals who have requested information about available programs and services
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally through phone, email, video meetings, and other communication channels
- Schedule, confirm, and manage virtual appointments
- Explain available programs, processes, and next steps in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
- Guide customers through online forms and basic documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information within company systems
- Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications
- Build positive relationships by providing outstanding customer service
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately and professionally
- Navigate multiple online systems while managing customer communications
- Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings
- Meet individual productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
- Follow company policies, compliance standards, and confidentiality requirements
- Support additional customer service and administrative tasks as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Comfortable communicating with customers via phone, video conferencing, and email
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate online applications
