The role involves conducting strategy calls with warm inbound prospects and closing them into high-ticket coaching programs.
Responsibilities
- Conducting strategy calls with warm inbound prospects
- Following our proven 1-call close framework
- Diagnosing the prospect’s goals, pain points, and readiness
- Explaining the mentorship offer clearly and ethically
- Closing qualified prospects into coaching programs
- Updating Close.io CRM after every call
- Reviewing calls and improving consistently
Skills
- Previous high-ticket closing experience
- Comfortable closing $4,000–$7,500 offers
- Strong spoken English
- Coachable, hungry, and performance-driven
- Comfortable using Zoom/Google Meet and Close.io
- Able to work US-friendly hours
- Ability to work PST hours is a strong plus
