They are seeking a Marketing Intern to contribute to their CRM marketing strategy and execute various marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the team's overall CRM marketing strategy to increase user engagement
- Execute marketing campaigns focused on customer awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging
- Track and report on CRM campaign performance metrics
- Stay up to date on CRM trends, customer behavior, and industry best practices to continually elevate campaign strategy and execution
Skills
- Interest in learning about email, CRM and lifecycle marketing
- A passion for sports, with a solid understanding of fantasy and sports betting terminology and user behavior
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations
- An analytical mindset with comfort around using data to evaluate and refine marketing campaigns
- Availability to work nights and weekends as the sports calendar requires
- Hands-on experience with a CRM platform or marketing automation tools, particularly HubSpot, preferred but not required
