They are seeking a detail-oriented Regional Marketing Specialist to support field and channel marketing initiatives across the Americas, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful execution of marketing programs.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of regional demand generation programs aligned with sales objectives
- Coordinate co-marketing activities with key partners, including resellers
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Channel, and Corporate Marketing teams to support pipeline generation and regional marketing initiatives
- Manage event logistics from planning through execution, including venue coordination, registrations, vendors, shipping, promotional materials, and onsite support
- Manage marketing vendors, purchase orders, invoice processing, and payment tracking while ensuring compliance with internal procurement processes
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to Regional Marketing Managers, improving team efficiency, scalability, and execution across the region
- Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes, improve operational workflows, and enhance the overall effectiveness of regional marketing programs
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, channel marketing, marketing operations, or event marketing
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience coordinating marketing events and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and external vendors
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and partner portals
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
