The Investor Solutions Operations Support Specialist is responsible for day-to-day operations, including account setup, client training, and funds management oversight.
Responsibilities
- You will utilize your technical acumen to onboard new Commercial client accounts while providing training and user setup
- You will utilize your problem-solving ability to troubleshoot and assist in resolving production issues, including ensuring mitigation steps are taken
- You will utilize your critical thinking skills to provide recommendations for process improvements and formalize new process as required, while understanding risk & impact to the business
Skills
- You have an Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- Possess three (3) years of Institutional Banking or Treasury Management experience
