Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Analyze variances and trends
- Develop forecasts and budgets to support strategic decision-making
- Produce regular management reports
- Monitor key performance indicators

- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
- Contribute to process improvements in financial reporting and analysis
Skills
- Strong Finance knowledge, including practical understanding of Financial Statements and core accounting principles
- Solid Analytical Skills, with experience in Financial Planning and forecasting using quantitative and qualitative data
- Proven Financial Reporting capabilities, including preparing management reports and supporting internal and external reporting requirements
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools) and be comfortable working with large data sets
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines
- Effective communication skills in English
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are an advantage
- Additional language skills, especially French or German, are beneficial for collaborating with Swiss-based teams
- Experience in manufacturing, luxury goods, or high-precision industrial sectors is an asset
