As a key member of our R&D Finance team, you will be responsible for managing third-party vendor purchase orders and invoices, ensuring seamless processing and timely payment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage third-party vendor purchase orders and invoices from inception to close Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounts Payable and other groups, to ensure on-time payment of invoices Develop and maintain effective business partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting to investigate costs and provide status updates on PO spend to budget Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including cost centers, project codes, and business hierarchies for R&D Finance Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Finance or 5 years of experience in related roles Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to a fast-paced, global environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in database management and analysis Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial databases, such as SAP, preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a dynamic and influential technology company Collaborative and supportive team environment Professional development and growth opportunities Are You the One We're Looking For?
