Lead Generation and Operations Manager
Description: Job Type: 6-month contract with potential for full time Description: Intentsify needs a Digital Marketing Manager who lives and breathes B2B marketing. If you've got 3-5 years of experience and are ready to take full ownership of our digital marketing engine, from paid channels to SEO, we want to talk. As a core member of the Intentsify marketing team, you'll not only execute our strategy but also be a power user of our own platform, helping us test and perfect the next big thing we bring to market. Responsibilities: • Campaign Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of client lead generation campaigns, ensuring all internal and external deadlines are met. • Lead Goal Accountability: Own the delivery targets for various enterprise B2B accounts. You are directly measured on your ability to hit lead quotas (MQLs, HQLs, BANT, etc.) as defined in client SOWs. • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Rigorously audit lead files to ensure they meet client-specific "must-haves" (Job titles, company size, industry, and tele-verification standards). • Optimization & Troubleshooting: Monitor daily pacing reports. If a campaign is underperforming, you identify the bottleneck: be it the creative, the audience segment, or the delivery channel, and pivot immediately. • Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the bridge between customer success ops and product teams to ensure technical setup and campaign scoping is flawless. You will also oversee the offshore technical operations team. Requirements: Qualifications: • Industry Pedigree: 10+ years of experience in lead generation, content syndication, or demand gen operations. Experience at a lead gen agency or publisher is highly preferred. • Data Literacy: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Convertr, Adestra, Instantly.ai, and Clay. • The "Operations" Mindset: You treat a campaign like a supply chain. You are process-oriented, detail-obsessed, and capable of managing 20+ active campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball. • Technical Fluency: Understanding of lead delivery methods, including manual CSV uploads, API integrations, and webhook triggers. • Resilience: You stay calm when a client changes their "Acceptable Job Title" list 48 hours before a campaign ends.
