Lead Generation Specialist, B2B Agency
Job Description: • Proactively source and engage new business opportunities through outbound emails, LinkedIn, and creative outreach strategies • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects • Clearly articulate our value proposition and staffing solutions to decision-makers • Hand off qualified opportunities to internal leadership for closing (or close deals independently - bonus!) • Track all activity, pipeline movement, and reporting in our CRM • Continuously test/improve outreach messaging, cadence, and channels to optimize conversion • Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and energy Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • 5+ years of outbound sales experience , preferably in fast-paced startup environments • Excellent English communication - both written and verbal - with the ability to build rapport quickly • Demonstrated success generating pipeline and hitting/exceeding sales targets • A self-starter mentality: scrappy, persistent, resourceful, and motivated by results • Strong organization and CRM discipline • BONUS: Experience with outbound selling tools like Clay and Instantly.ai • Access to a laptop/desktop with reliable and fast Internet connection • Ability to work in a US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day) Benefits: • Competitive pay, always in US dollars • Work remotely from the comfort of your home • Health & wellness benefit • Paid holidays and time off • Performance and referral bonuses • Global exposure to the world’s best companies Apply tot his job
