Manager, Strategic Insights & Enablement | 100% Remote (WFH) Opportunity General Summary The Manager, Strategic Insights & Enablement will lead a high-impact team focused on transforming data into enterprise-level insights that drive measurable outcomes. This role will manage and mentor roles including Data Insights Strategist while also remaining hands-on in analysis, modeling, and storytelling. This role will guide the team in connecting data to strategy-shaping how we invest, operate, and grow-by delivering insights that are trusted, timely, and actionable. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Lead and mentor a team focused on strategic insights, ROI analysis, and business impact • Drive the design and implementation of test-and-learn experiments to evaluate strategic initiatives and pilots • Partner with Data Governance, Engineering, and Business Intelligence to ensure insight quality, relevance, and usability • Serve as a thought partner to executive and operational leaders by delivering compelling, data-driven narratives • Develop lightweight forecasting or modeling as needed using Python, R, or similar tools • Contribute directly to high-priority insight projects, especially where cross-functional or strategic analysis is required • Establish frameworks and tools for measuring and communicating value realization and initiative performance • Help evolve a culture of proactive insight, curiosity, and outcome-focused analytics across the enterprise Requirements • 8+ years in analytics, strategy, or business insights • 4+ years in a leadership or mentorship capacity • Insurance industry experience is preferred • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to guide both junior analysts and executive stakeholders • A proven track record of managing and executing large projects and stakeholders from start to finish delivering impactful results • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive action through insight • Experience with experimentation frameworks, forecasting, or predictive analytics • Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics language (Python or R preferred) • Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI) • Must have excellent organization and time management skills • Experience with data visualization. Can confidently choose the best visualization style for the given context; the insights from your visualizations speak for themselves • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor as well as experience resolving complex business problems with well-structured analytics Work Environment: • Remote: This role is a remote (work from home (WFH) opportunity, and only open to candidates currently located in the United States and able to work without sponsorship. • It requires a suitable space that provides a private and quiet workplace. • Expected Work Hours: Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed. • Travel: May be required to travel to off-site location(s) to attend meetings, as necessary Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, please follow the link to our benefits page for details!
