Role SummaryThe Managing Partner / CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, sourcing new investment opportunities, building operational structures, and overseeing the company’s business units in the region. The ideal candidate combines entrepreneurial drive with corporate leadership experience and is ready to contribute both expertise and equity participation to the company’s success.This role includes the option of partnership for qualified candidates. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Expansion• Lead the establishment and full launch of LORIJANDRA INVESTMENTS in Dubai, including licensing, operations, and market entry strategy. • Develop and execute long-term corporate strategy, investment roadmap, and business growth plans. • Identify high-value sectors and opportunities aligned with the company’s global objectives. • Investment & Portfolio Management• Source, evaluate, and negotiate investment opportunities across diversified sectors.• Build and manage a profitable investment portfolio with consistent ROI and sustainable growth. • Partner with financial institutions, fund managers, and strategic advisors to optimize capital structures. Operations & Organizational Development• Build and manage the UAE executive team and support staff. • Establish operational policies, governance structures, and compliance frameworks. • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring across business units. Partnerships & Business Development• Represent the company at high-level meetings, industry events, and government interactions.• Build strong partnerships with regional stakeholders, regulators, and global investors. • Drive the company’s brand presence and corporate relationships in the UAE market. Required Qualifications• Minimum of 10–15 years of executive leadership, preferably in investments, private equity, finance, real estate development, or diversified conglomerates. • Proven experience managing or scaling a multi-sector business or investment portfolio. • Strong background in deal sourcing, negotiation, and strategic partnerships.• Deep understanding of the UAE business environment (regulatory, financial, and market landscape). • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead both corporate and start-up-style environments. Preferred Qualifications• Prior experience as CEO, Managing Director, or Partner in an investment company or family office. • Track record of raising capital or securing institutional funding. • Existing network of investors, government contacts, and industry leaders in UAE/GCC.• Background in structuring joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions. Investor / Partnership RequirementThis role includes an equity partnership component. Candidates may be required to:• Participate in co-investment for selected projects, OR• Hold equity via performance-based partnership.
