Microsoft Dynamics CRM Training Specialist
Summary The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Training & Support Specialist will play a critical role in enabling the effectiveness of our Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product teams by delivering high quality CRM training, providing day to day user support, and driving CRM adoption across Wood Products. Responsibilities Training Design & Delivery - Develop and deliver instructor led, virtual, and self paced training. - Maintain CRM training materials. - Onboard new hires. User Support & Troubleshooting - Provide frontline CRM support. - Triage and escalate technical issues. - Assist with Outlook CRM connectivity. CRM Adoption & Change Management - Drive user engagement. - Support feature releases. - Advocate for UX improvements. Data Quality & Governance - Coach teams on data best practices. - Conduct periodic CRM audits. - Reinforce compliance with standards. Collaboration & Cross Functional Partnership - Partner with Sales Enablement, IT, and others. Qualifications Required - 3–5 years supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. - Experience delivering technical training. - Understanding of core CRM entities. - Strong communication skills. Preferred - Experience in Sales Enablement or Operations. About the Role We’re looking for a collaborative, service oriented CRM Training & Support Specialist to help our teams get the most out of Microsoft Dynamics 365. In this role, you’ll deliver engaging training experiences, support users day to day, and champion CRM adoption across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. You’ll be a trusted partner who ensures our CRM remains a powerful, easy to use tool that drives productivity and customer centricity. What You’ll Do • Deliver role based CRM training across the organization • Develop and maintain job aids, guides, and quick reference materials • Provide expert troubleshooting and user support • Support new feature rollouts and system changes • Coach teams to improve data quality and CRM utilization • Partner with cross functional groups to enhance CRM usability What You Bring • Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM • Strong training, facilitation, or instructional design skills • Excellent communication and customer support instincts • Curiosity, patience, and a passion for helping others • Ability to translate technical concepts into user friendly language COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS • Hourly contract rate range of $45.00 to $58.00 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
