Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Part-Time Customer Experience Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized, positive experiences to our small business buyers, helping them navigate situations to grow their businesses. Your exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in achieving our first contact resolution goal, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support through various channels, including email, phone, and web chat. Key Responsibilities Deliver a personalized, positive customer experience through various forms of contact, including inbound telephone support, web-based chat support, and email support. Utilize your specialized knowledge and experience to submit suggestions for improvement, streamlining current processes to ensure efficiency and productivity. Advocate on behalf of customers internally, proactively identifying areas of opportunity and partnering with leadership to implement improvements that create a better customer experience. Assist customers with account creation, troubleshooting, and communicate with customers and third-party suppliers to ensure a smooth transaction process. Review customer applications, process them in a timely manner, and assist with customer documentation inquiries, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail. Complete ongoing and one-time projects that benefit customers and internal teams, showcasing your ability to work independently and as part of a team. Essential Qualifications, Job Skills, and Abilities To excel in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma/GED Certificate, demonstrating a strong foundation in education. A positive attitude, a hard-working ethos, flexibility with changing priorities, and an eagerness to learn and grow with arenaflex. Excellent written and verbal English skills, reading comprehension, and judgment skills, enabling you to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. The ability to come up with meaningful solutions, thinking outside the box when necessary, and a high emotional intelligence to perceive, use, understand, manage, and handle emotions in a professional manner. A love for technology and the ability to think creatively, even when using standardized responses, to provide personalized support to our customers. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 1+ year(s) of diverse customer experience in traditional call centers, restaurant/food service, front office administration, or other customer-facing roles. Knowledge of Salesforce or similar customer service programs, which will enable you to hit the ground running in our dynamic environment. Online auction or e-commerce experience, providing valuable insights into the re-commerce sector and the needs of our customers. A second language skill at a professional proficiency level (Spanish or French), allowing you to support a broader range of customers and enhance your career prospects. A typing speed of 35 WPM, ensuring you can efficiently manage customer inquiries and provide timely support. Schedule and Compensation This is a part-time position, offering 20 hours a week, with a schedule that will be Monday-Friday. The successful candidate will work one of the shifts detailed below: 10:00am - 2:00pm (MT) The pay rate for this role will range between $19.23 to $20.23 per hour, with arenaflex considering many factors when determining salary offers, such as the applicant's work experience, education and training, skills, market data, and internal equity.
