As a Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling Tier 1 customer calls, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Key Responsibilities Answer customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshoot 1st level technical issues via inbound calls, voice mails, emails, and alerts. Positively build and maintain excellent customer service, identifying when technical support can be provided via phone. Provide clear and concise communications, following up with customers on company schedules, requested lead times, and delivery times. Collaborate with the Tier 2 team to seamlessly pass escalated customer technical issues quickly and efficiently. Track, route, and escalate unresolved issues to Management, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing delays. Remain current on constant process updates and technology used within the company, adapting to changes and innovations in the industry. Perform duties with awareness and in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Perform other duties as directed by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. A reliable internet connection, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively from home. Experience in a call center environment is highly desirable, although not essential. Knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, Order processing systems, and Contact Management systems is required. The ability to empathize with customers is critical, providing a high level of emotional intelligence and understanding. Strong multi-tasking skills, enabling you to talk and type simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Possess organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications.
