Job DescriptionThe Portfolio Strategy & Execution Director will have the opportunity to play a key role in transforming the business to drive lasting impact at ServiceNow, driving alignment, transparency, and portfolio health & excellence. This role will serve as the strategic portfolio leader for the Infrastructure & Automation (I&A) organization, responsible for creating a unified, data-driven view of all initiatives across the GTM technology landscape – ensuring alignment with business priorities, driving transparency, and enabling predictable delivery.An ideal candidate will blend strategic planning, portfolio governance, technical literacy, and cross-functional engagement to ensure the right investments are made, the right problems are solved, and the organization has real-time understanding of portfolio health and performance. This role involves a range of key responsibilities, all aimed at aligning operational excellence at a global level and delivering a top-tier experience in processes, tools, and technology for sales teams. As such, the candidate must blend effective execution and deep domain expertise with organizational insight to propel action and achieve results.What you get to do in this role:Drive, organize, and manage strategic initiatives to explore and implement changes across the business in conjunction with functional leaders. Streamline, simplify and scale core sales business processes. Define processes and solutions to enable consistency while supporting regional differences. Ensure cross functional portfolio alignment, end-to-end portfolio health and reportability. • Develop and own the E2E systems portfolio roadmap across Go-to-Market / sales functions• Partner with business systems leads across Go-to-Market (CRM, CPQ, CLM) to maintain a 360-degree view of initiative and ensure cross-functional alignment on priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and resource needs• Support the transformation design & strategy workstream with E2E enterprise solution architecture and integration design, UI/UX transformation & workflow automation, product structure and configuration models for L2O, pricing waterfall frameworks and strategy, contracting, renewals & amendments – stepping in to drive when necessary• Hands-on involvement with delivery execution alongside business and Digital Transformation teams, and key participant for E2E UAT and deployment activities• Facilitate portfolio-level planning cycles, including strategic alignment / framework definition for scope tradeoffs, intake, prioritization, and ongoing reprioritization, and execution• Act as the single point of contact for business stakeholders & leadership needing to understand roadmap coverage and prioritization• Define the portfolio health framework – KPIs, leading indicators, improvement / benefit-realization metrics, experience impacts, and bolthires performance metrics• Establish a scalable reporting model and dashboards for executives, for portfolio status and risk, velocity and predictability, automation effectiveness• Define the strategy and planning for Pilot Programs• Act as the trusted strategic orchestrator across diverse stakeholder groups, building consensus and driving integrated execution across all GTM functions to ensure seamless handoffs and avoid functional silos• Leverage expert knowledge in GTM motions and global market dynamics, to develop and execute forward-thinking concepts that significantly advance or accelerate GTM performance and functional capabilities• Be proactive.Identify and recommend areas to improve both our prioritization process, governance, and overall approachQualificationsOur ideal candidate:• 10+ years of cumulative experience driving functional and technical architecture design and delivery across Lead-to-Order (CRM, CPQ, CLM, OTC, EMS, MDM, L2O integration architecture) and ability to serve as one-stop shop for subject-matter expertise• 8+ years of hands-on platform experience and expertise in the following domains: E2E enterprise solution architecture and integrations, UI/UX transformation & workflow automation, product structure and configuration models for L2O, pricing waterfall frameworks and strategy, contracting, renewals & amendments• 6+ years of experience in strategic Go-to-Market / digital transformation roles within a fast-paced technology company (SaaS preferred) or top-tier management consulting, and expertise in sales operations, process definition and execution, business model design and implementation• Combines solid technical skills with business solution pragmatism.Is data-driven, practical and execution-oriented• Familiarity with ServiceNow platforms, tools, and Go-to-Market processes and infrastructure, or similar Lead-to-Order systems• Experience working directly in or supporting data and analytics, engineering, or AI-driven organizations / teams• Proven experience leading large-scale portfolio and program management functions in a complex enterprise environment• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across executive and operational levels – ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels• Exceptional executive communication skills: Ability to craft and deliver clear, concise, and compelling messages for senior-level audiences (both written and verbal)• Superior strategic thinking: A track record of translating high-level strategy into actionable operational plans and executing them flawlessly• Experience navigating a fast-paced environment with competing priorities• Highly results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently• Excellent quantitative skills and strong intellectual curiosity• Desired: BA/BS or advanced degree, or equivalent work experienceFor positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $180,900 - $316,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.Sales positions generally offer a competitive On bolthires Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
