Presentation Designer Needed to Apply Existing Brand to Workshop PowerPoints

We are a pediatric primary care practice looking for an experienced presentation designer to transform our existing workshop PowerPoints into fully branded, polished slide decks aligned with our established brand guidelines. We already have: • Complete slide content (text-based PowerPoints) • A clear brand guide (colors, fonts, tone, visual direction) • A defined audience (parents, caregivers, and community professionals) • Multiple workshops that will need consistent branding across decks What we need: • A designer who can apply our brand guide thoughtfully and consistently across slides • Strong skills in layout, visual hierarchy, and readability for live workshops • Ability to elevate slides without making them busy, flashy, or overly “corporate” • Experience designing presentations for healthcare, education, psychology, or professional audiences is a strong plus Scope of work: • Redesign existing PowerPoint decks using our brand guide • Create clean, cohesive, and professional layouts • Ensure slides support spoken content and are easy to follow for audiences • Potential for ongoing work as we continue developing new workshops Deliverables: • Fully branded PowerPoint files • Consistent slide templates that can be reused for future workshops Please include in your proposal: • Examples of presentation design work (especially educational or professional decks) • A brief description of your experience applying existing brand guides • Confirmation that you work in PowerPoint (not Canva-only) This is a great fit for a designer who enjoys translating content into clear, engaging, brand-aligned presentations and may want an ongoing relationship rather than a one-off project.
