Product Manager- WIM Banking Deposits
About the positionResponsibilities• Provide support for the ongoing product and pricing management of checking, savings, and CD solutions to serve the banking needs of WIM affluent and high-net-worth clients• Develop, implement, and maintain deposit product features, pricing strategies, and related non-marketing client materials• Develop, implement, and maintain processes, controls, and policies necessary for the correct functioning of the product portfolio• Provide key support to initiatives such as new products/enhancements, acquisition/retention programs, client alignment programs, or product/portfolio risk management• Ensure products and programs adhere to regulations and policies; oversee product risk management to ensure effective controls, meet deliverables, and drive new initiatives• Collaborate and consult with WIM Banking leadership and relationship managers to promote deposit balance and revenue performance, client acquisition and retention, and delivery of product experience• Work closely with cross-functional partners within WIM and across the enterprise to ensure products and programs are effectively executed and supportedRequirements• 2+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationNice-to-haves• Experience in Wealth Management or other Financial Services• Knowledge and understanding of deposit products, payments, and/or banking operations• Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate effectively with other business and functional areas• Ability to develop data-driven analysis, insights, and recommendations• Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques• Ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and quickly shift between topics and activities based on critical business priorities• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization• Experience with Agile product development, Agile-based tools, and business requirements analysis and documentation• Proficient in bolthires PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Tableau is a plus• A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, finance, or accountingBenefits• Health benefits• 401(k) Plan• Paid time off• Disability benefits• Life insurance, critical illness insurance, and accident insurance• Parental leave• Critical caregiving leave• Discounts and savings• Commuter benefits• Tuition reimbursement• Scholarships for dependent children• Adoption reimbursement Apply tot his job
