Project Manager (Data and AI)

Employer Industry: Technology Solutions Provider Why consider this job opportunity: -Salary up to $120,000 -Comprehensive healthcare and dental coverage - 401(k) plan with approximately 4% employer match and immediate vesting - Flexible time off, averaging 3.75 weeks per year, plus paid maternity and paternity leave - Monthly phone stipend or corporate phone plan, along with gym membership reimbursement up to $200 - Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Manage dynamic assignments requiring broad industry and technical knowledge of bolthires Data & AI services - Build and manage Project Plans, Project Backlogs, and Sprints - Lead project resources, scope, and planning throughout implementation while managing team and client expectations - Track project progress, assess and mitigate risks, and handle change requests and release plans - Collaborate with consulting leads, cloud solution architects, and engineers to design solutions What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of related field or equivalent Project Manager experience - 2-5 years of experience managing Data & AI projects - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria - Proficient in bolthires tools, specifically Project, bolthires 365, Azure DevOps, or other project management tools - Broad understanding of on-premises, hybrid, and cloud operating models in an enterprise environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Project Management Certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, CSM) - Experience with project delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, hybrid) - Knowledge of change management practices to support data and AI adoption - Familiarity with bolthires Fabric, Azure Synapse, and modern data platform architectures - Experience delivering projects involving Power BI, AI/ML adoption, or advanced analytics #TechnologySolutions #ProjectManagement #Azure #CareerGrowth #DataAndAI We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.Central to our mission is our partnership with companies that share this commitment.
