About the positionResponsibilities• Provide formal supervision to employees. • Monitor the training and development of staff. • Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. • Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. • Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. • Set and track staff and department deadlines. • Mentor and coach as needed. • Drive efficient and effective strategic operations, including revenue growth and profitability.• Review departmental financial evaluations, including monthly revenue and expense projections. • Make recommendations based on the data presented. • Approve all Marketing collateral, press releases, and web publishing. • Verify they are in accordance with company standards. • Point of contact for marketing and communications teams. • Spearhead the maintenance of listing and transaction files. • Confirm compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. • Assess project needs and obtain resources from multiple departments.• Develop training programs ensuring office standards are met. • Manage the procurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipment. • Approve new vendor service contracts. • Drive financial and functional performance within disciplines and across the business. • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. • Negotiate with senior management, customers, and external parties. • Conceptualize new methods, techniques, processes, and standards across job disciplines or functions.• Direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems. Requirements• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience. • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention. • Ability to exchange sensitive, complicated, and difficult information. • Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets.• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. • Expert organizational skills with an unrivaled inquisitive mindset.
