[Remote] Bilingual Patient Services Representative (Contract, English/Spanish)

Delfina Medical Group is a provider of a leading pregnancy care data platform and clinical services aimed at improving maternal and child health outcomes. They are seeking a Bilingual Patient Scheduling Representative to assist patients in scheduling telemedicine visits and virtual classes, ensuring a supportive and informative experience. Responsibilities• Answer incoming calls from patients and help them schedule, reschedule, or cancel telemedicine appointments and virtual classes.• Make outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders, follow-up scheduling, and waitlist outreach. • Clearly explain appointment types, basic preparation instructions, and how virtual visits work (video, phone, etc.). • Confirm patient contact details and document information accurately in our scheduling and electronic systems. • Communicate in both English and Spanish, providing a warm, respectful experience for all patients. • Escalate clinical questions or concerns to the appropriate Delfina team member (e.g., RN, doula, or care coordinator) when needed.• Work closely with the Delfina care team to support high show-rates and smooth telemedicine workflows. Skills• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). • Prior experience in a patient-facing or customer service role (healthcare, call center, or similar strongly preferred). • Quick learner with technology and able to pick up new web-based scheduling and video visit platforms. • Excellent phone communication skills: clear, calm, and compassionate. • Reliable, organized, and able to manage a part-time schedule of approximately 20-30 hours per week.• Kind and friendly presence on the phone; able to build trust quickly. • "Go-getter" mindset—willing to pick up the phone, reach out to patients, and problem-solve barriers to scheduling. • Interest in or experience with women’s health, pregnancy, postpartum care, or working with diverse communities. • Alignment with Delfina’s mission to improve outcomes for moms and babies, especially those facing barriers to care.
