The role focuses on growing sales across the Southern Region of the USA through the development and execution of sales strategies and new business development efforts. Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in the Southern region • Drive new business development (70% hunting / 30% farming) • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction • Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft tools for reporting and analysis • Travel up to 50% across the designated region to prospect clients and generate new business Skills • 5+ years of direct experience in the flexible packaging industry • 10+ years of sales experience, with business development and hunting capabilities; team player; highly driven • Familiarity with ERP systems; proficient in Microsoft Office • Flexible packaging products and market trends • Experience in industrial or lawn & garden packaging Company Overview • Mackenzie Stuart was founded to deliver bespoke, sector-specific services & expertise, located in New York.
