Seasonal Credentialed Bilingual Tax Advisor - CPA - RemoteIntuit is seeking experienced Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you! What You Will DoIn this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. This includes providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.Work from home in a virtual, customer‑facing environment using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software. Document interactions to maintain accurate records. Assist customers with complex tax questions while upholding Intuit’s commitment to exceptional customer service. Who You AreMinimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with extensive tax preparation experience and a valid PTIN.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written & spoken). Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and dedicated to enhancing the Intuit brand through friendly, professional interaction. Strong customer service orientation and comfort with video and audio communication tools. What You NeedReliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria. Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. CompensationIntuit offers a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position varies by location (e.g., Bay Area $28.80-$36.50 per hour, Colorado $27.50-$34.80 per hour).This role is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
