[Remote] Manager of Marketing (Operations)

GES - Global Experience Specialists is seeking a Marketing Manager (Operations) to enhance the efficiency and performance of their marketing programs. This role involves overseeing the marketing technology stack, managing campaign workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Responsibilities• Serve as the administrator of our Marketo instance, managing its configuration, health, and integration with other systems, particularly Salesforce• Construct, optimize, and maintain the marketing technology stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools)• Evaluate and implement new tools and platforms to improve lead generation, tracking, and conversion• Ensure seamless data integration and accurate attribution across all marketing platforms• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels• Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes for campaign execution, from planning to launch• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and on schedule• Maintain project calendars, timelines, and documentation to ensure cross-functional teams remain on track• Monitor the full lead lifecycle, from source to closed-won business, to ensure accurate reporting and lead nurturing• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to inform future marketing strategy and improve campaign performance• Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports to track key performance metrics• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in marketing operations• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies• Lead special projects and initiatives to support the marketing department's strategic goalsSkills• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing operations role, preferably in a B2B or live events industry• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI)• Self-motivated and able to work independently• Meet deadlines while producing quality work• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills• Embrace and promote a collaborative and positive team culture• Solutions-oriented thinker with the ability to manage projects and expectations of internal/external clients and team members• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment• Computer proficient with Microsoft Office; specifically Excel and PowerPoint• Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Marketo Engage Business PractitionerBenefits• Competitive salaries• 401K with company match• Healthcare/vision/dental insurance• Wellness benefits• Career development program• Employee assistance program• Vacation time• Community involvement opportunities• Team activitiesCompany Overview• GES provides a wide-range of services, including official show services, audio visual, cutting-edge creative and design.It is a sub-organization of Viad Corp..
