[Remote] Principle Project Manager

Responsibilities • Reviews the work of others • Develops innovative approaches • Sought out as expert • Serves as a leader/ mentor • Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them • Serves as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues • Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions • Performs complex conceptual analyses • Reviews work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement • Forecasts and plans resource requirements • Authorizes deviations from standards • May lead functional or segment teams or projects • Provides explanations and information to others on the most complex issues • Motivates and inspires other team members Skills • Experience leveraging AI tools in the software development (or product) lifecycle in order to improve quality and efficiency • 5+ years of demonstrated Project Management experience • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to effectively influence people and build strong relationships, in order to accomplish the project goals • Advanced project management abilities in the execution of the 5 stages of project management: Initiation, Planning Execution, Monitor and Control, Closeout. Be able to articulate this ability with relevant work experience • Demonstrated facilitation and project management experience for complex technical projects or programs • Experience with development and reporting of project costs, and project financial analysis • Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Microsoft Project, Visio and Access • 3+ years of Leadership experience • Strong time-management skills • Good organization skills and the ability to balance projects of varying complexity simultaneously • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Have the ability to facilitate and negotiate consensus around project and/or product goals • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to present, persuade and provide professional presentations to both internal and external Customers • Bachelor's Degree in Software, Business, Engineering or related discipline with an emphasis in Project Management. Equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military experience will be considered • Experience with large scale technology implementation projects including custom software development and/or third party software integrations • Project Management experience within Agile Scrum • National Career Readiness Certificate • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Military or Government contract project experience Company Overview • Brooksource is a single source for project and supplemental support through contract employment, contract-to-hire labor employment.
